ReBoot is a chance to run, refresh, relax and renew in Bermagui, offering people the chance to participate in a variety of activities.
The inaugural event will take place on the last weekend of this month, September 27 and 28.
On the Saturday, the program kicks off with early morning Boot Camp and tai chi followed by the Camel to Club and Tilba Road fun runs, Zumba and yoga.
Kids can run free, with mystery guests running along with them.
Bermagui’s first Beachside Health Clinic will be open from 9am at the Bermagui Surf Club and includes seated massage, reflexology, dietary analysis, homeopathic remedies, fresh juice bar and more with free entry.
Food stalls and local cafés will be offering fresh food and beverages to keep people fuelled up for the weekend's activities, which include sea kayaking, surf lessons, guided bird and whale watching walks and stand-up paddle boarding.
After the day's activities, the Bermagui Country Club and Bermagui Beach Hotel will be screening the AFL grand final.
There will also be live entertainment on Saturday night at the Beach Hotel and Horse and Camel and at the Country Club on Sunday night.
The Incidentals will play at the Beach Hotel and Mike Waddell at the Country Club.
On the Sunday there will be more yoga, tai chi, boxing, Fun and Fit exercise classes, golf clinics, bowls, croquet and the Point to Point ocean swim at Horseshoe Bay Beach.
Those who have registered for the fun runs can enjoy the big healthy breakfast outside the surf club for free, others at a cost of $10.
“If people are coming for the run we’d really like them to register now, as it will give us an idea of numbers,” committee member Julie Rutherford said.
“Also we’d like to emphasise that it is for everyone, young and old.
“We defy anyone to come and not find something that they are interested in!”
