The club celebrated two years of playing in the Sapphire Coast AFL competition and also reaching the finals series in the senior grade.
Club president Justin Welsford said it had been a good year for the club, but it had also been "a trying time" with some off-field issues having an effect.
The club thanked its sponsors for their support during the season and also the volunteers who had turned up each week to do a number of duties for no reward.
Some of the major award winners were Chris Dwyer, who was named best and fairest for the club, while Adam Blacka was named runner-up and highest point-scorer.
John Cafe was thanked for his work at the grounds and coordinating for the season.
The "Bomb Squad" Bega's vocal band of wives and supporters also gave out a number of novelty awards on the night including the top yellow card to Todd Ingram and a glue stick for Nathan Carpenter's hands "so he might catch the ball".
