Gates open from 9am Saturday with a $2 entry fee and the event will continue until Sunday afternoon.
The Bega Lions Club will be there with a barbecue, and there will be a coffee van, jumping castle, raffles, local businesses displaying their products and services, the Tarraganda wood turners, Sirl's demonstrating wood splitting and tractor parades.
This is all in addition the club’s wonderful historical engines, cars, trucks and tractors.
One club member will be starting up his 1927 engine for the first time in public.
It has made an appearance on YouTube, so make sure you check that out on the day!
The rally will also feature the completely restored 16HP Austral 1922 working oil engine, “The Big B”, stripped and rebuilt by Peter and Paul Pullen after they purchased it at auction at Wadonga in 2013.
The Big B will start up at 10am on the Saturday and it will be working at the rally at intervals over the weekend with many other stationary engines.
The Bega and District Historical Machinery Club would like to thank all those involved who help out and support members in making the weekend bigger and better each year, including Mitre 10, Barbeques Galore, Magpie Music, Staffords Hardware Kalaru, Cleanaway and the Tarraganda Woodies for sponsorship and donations towards raffles.
