The minor semi-final clash between the Grand Hotel and United became the focal point of action on Saturday, with the game going down to a penalty shootout.
United scored just before the half-time break and held Grand Hotel at bay until the dying minutes of the second half.
However, Grand equalised and the teams went to extra time at 1-1.
With no shots on goal forthcoming, time fell to a penalty shootout with Grand Hotel saving an extra shot in the round of five to win and advance to the preliminary finals.
The A reserve final between Pambula and Candelo also went to extra time, but a quick-fire goal in the opening 30 seconds sealed a win for the Pambula squad.
In the other A grade game, Tathra Babes will head to the grand final after scoring a 4-0 win over Elders.
All four goals came in the first half, with Elders rallying their efforts in the second to defend the goals.
In the men's competition Grand Hotel advances, while the Magpies took a thrilling 4-2 win over the Candelo men's team.
The Magpies will now take on the Pambula men in the preliminary finals.
