Stahmer played the final against club president Andrew Warby.
By 15 ends the scores were deadlocked at 11-11.
After locking scores four times, Stahmer rallied to claim four shots on the 16th.
He then won 10 of the next 13 ends to secure the title 31-17.
Meanwhile, the semi- final of the club pairs championship was also played between Richard Cock and Michael Clarke against Neville Cowling and Brad Brotherton.
Cowling and Brotherton out-scored their opponents 10-shots-to-two early on.
However, Cock and Clarke levelled the score shortly after.
With five ends remaining, Cowling and Brotherton held a two shot lead.
However, Cock and Clarke again rallied and went on to win 22-18.
They now progress to the grand final.
Two games were played in the major-minor championship.
Bryson Beetson and “Bomber” Moody were victorious over Adam Taylor and Merv Howell 24-16.
Meanwhile, the father-son combination of John and Jason D’Arcy was the winner over Ross Elliott and Pat Kilkelly 30-14.
In the minor pairs championhip, Ray Collins and John Holzhauser scored three shots on the last end to win their match.
They pipped Jason Hetherton and “Pip” Pearson by one shot 23-22.
The winners of Wednesday social bowls were Peter Turner, Frank Dorris and Ray Kearns.
Runners-up were Bryson Beetson, “Bomber” Moody and Brian Moore.
Saturday social winners were Bryson Beetson, Leigh Crowe and Merv Howell.
Duty bowlers for this week are Ross Elliott, Rick Gotaas and “Pip” Pearson.
