The league-tag and first grade squads comprehensively took care of their opponents, while the reserves suffered a solid loss.
The first grade Roosters turned around a two-point deficit to score a 32-20 win.
The win meant the Roosters retained the Shane O'Neill/Dick Horton Memorial Shield.
A blazing left wing run saw Rooster Adam Blacka break through the Eden line and post the first points.
Shortly after the Roosters went to the left attack again, but a pass was intercepted by Ian Smith to score for the Tigers.
The Tigers showed some strong early form taking the lead 10-6.
However, Scott Fuller was in fine form, driving up the middle to cross the line twice.
With the conversions from Blake Robinson, the Roosters were back in front 18-10 at half-time.
After the break, Eden import Tom Henderson crossed to put the Tigers on 16-18.
Ian Smith followed it up with a fifth tackle catch on the try-line from a left side kick.
Despite the score tilting in Eden’s favour, Bega still had plenty of momentum.
Luke Dowdle stormed through the defenders to put Bega on top.
Robinson’s conversion had them at 24-20 with 20 minutes left to play.
A late try to Mitch Carter and a penalty kick right on the whistle saw the Roosters post the extra points to win 32-20.
In the earlier league-tag match, it was a one-sided affair as the Chicks ran away with the game.
Captain Joccoaa Rogers opened the scoring in just the fourth minute.
Georgina Pearce added another four shortly after then Tegan Mundy chimed in.
Rogers found the try-line again, and held a 75 per cent conversion rate.
Eden’s Madeline Newtown posted the Tigerettes’ first, and only, points just before the half-time siren.
The Chicks were already in front 22-4 by the siren.
After the break the Chicks returned to the field with plenty of confidence.
Bronty Burhop ran in for a try in the first set of the restart.
Hayley Jessop added another shortly after, then Mundy scored her second.
With just 10 minutes left to play Burhop crossed for her second.
And in the final five minutes, Rogers and Mundy both scored their third.
As the siren sounded the scoreboard read 56-4 in favour of the Chicks.
However, the Roosters reserve grade didn’t have the same experience.
Tries to Jake Nicholson, Shane Mongta and Travis Blackburn put Eden ahead at the half-time break 0-18.
A good talk at the break from playing-coach Steven Luff saw the Roosters revitalised for the second half.
A try to Matt McGovern and then a try to Craig Dixon saw Bega back in the challenge at 10-18.
However, possession and play swapped back to Eden’s favour.
Nicholson crossed again to widen the margin.
Elvis Tui then added to the scoreboard and Tyrone Thomas scored from a clever set play.
All three tries went unconverted, but was enough to see Eden secure the win 10-30.
