Chosen by AC/DC's own record label to perform at the worldwide launch of the band’s last triple platinum album, Black Ice, Dirty Deeds has only gone from strength to strength since.
Recently, the group performed at the launch of the AC/DC pinball machine and has headlined some events over household names such as Ian Moss, Diesel, Glenn Shorrock and Leo Sayer.
“We put out as much energy into every live performance as is possible,” the group’s manager and drummer Mick Ward said.
“If you don't get it right the audience can see straight through you.
“We try and re-create what an AC/DC show was like back in the late 1970s, before the cannons, bells and other stage props became a distraction from the music.
“We just put on an honest rock'n'roll show and we have a great time doing it!”
Make sure you get your Aussie rock fix as Dirty Deeds takes to the stage at the Merimbula RSL Club Saturday from 8pm.
Tickets are selling at just $20 and can be secured by calling the club on 6495 1502.
