The club is urging all players in the under 12s, under 14s and under 16s and anyone interested in coaching to head along so the committee can “sort out our teams”.
The committee said it had been overwhelmed by the numbers of players signing up and wanted to have a preliminary day to assess teams.
Club stalwart Kerryn Constable said the club had huge numbers for junior squads.
“We are looking like having multiple teams in all the junior age groups,” Constable said.
“We have had a massive influx of registrations this year and would like to get all 12s, 14s and 16s together to sort out teams.”
The club will have a brief training session for each of the age groups with the 12s at 3.30, 14s at 4pm and 16s at 4.30pm.
The club is very eager to hear from interested coaches on the day.
“We are also encouraging anyone interested in coaching to come along on the day,” Constable said.
If any coaches or trainers have gear from last year’s season including playing strips and balls, they are asked to bring it along on the day.
Registration payments are available on the day, deposited in the Bega Devils account with the Commonwealth Bank – with the child’s name on the deposit – or call 0413 028 460 for direct deposit information.
