Twenty-four juniors lined up to play in the 18 hole event and four juniors competed in the nine-hole competition which was made up of players from the Far South Coast and Canberra clubs.
Following his recent great form winning the Bermagui men’s open, 17-year-old Mitchell Venables of the Bermagui Country Club won the event with a score of one over par 73.
The runner-up was Jackson Hearn, also from Bermagui, with a scratch score of 77.
The junior open girls division scratch winner was Hayley McNeill of Catalina Country Club with a score of 85.
Organisers said the event was a great success and thanked the sponsors, parents and volunteers who assisted on the day.
