BEMBOKA runner Keith Law has tasted gold at the 2013 Australian Masters Games today.
The veteran held off a strong field in his age group in the 5000 metre race, finishing first in a time of 17 minutes, 39 seconds.
An elated Law contacted the BDN shortly after recording victory in Geelong.
Law, 55, said he had beaten his previous best time by 25 seconds.
“It was an absolutely brilliant race,” he said.
“I feel so good, everything just clicked today.
“I’m still pinching myself… I’m over the moon.”
