THERE were over 100 people who went through the doors of the Bemboka hall on Sunday, October 28, to see the flowers at the 23rd Flower Show of the local club.

Champion Rose was won by Carole Willeband who also won most successful exhibitor and she was awarded the Mona Campbelle Memorial Shield.

The winner of the raffle, a wheelbarrow packed with gardening goodies was Gemma Green.
The next meeting of the Bemboka Flower Show will be on November 5, 2007 and is to be a "Rose Night" so there will be a lovely perfume in the hall again.
