Three of the Christison girls are celebrating their birthdays this weekend. Mia and Abby are one on Good Friday and Ellie is six on Easter Sunday. Happy birthday girls, with love from all your family.

Kristie Bramham and Jayson Sale were married on Saturday, February 25.
Kristie is the daughter of Dot and Mark Bramham of Wolumla and Jayson is the second eldest child of Rhonda and Brian Sale of Sydney.
Kristie and Jayson were married at 3.00pm in St John's Anglican Church in Bega in front of over 100 of their close friends and family.
The ceremony was conducted by Rev Chris Short who did a wonderful job.
After the wedding, guests travelled to The Homestead where they were looked after by Erin and Kerryn while the wedding party were having photos taken at Kisses Lagoon and then at The Homestead.
Kristie and Jayson would like to thank the staff at the Homestead for their excellent service.
The night was full of great speeches, lots of laughter and a few tears.
A special appearance by "Shannon Noel" was one of the highlights of the night.
Kristie and Jayson chose Brampton Island as their honeymoon destination and then had a few weeks at home relaxing before going back to work.
Jayson and Kristie would like to say a special thank you to both of their families for all of their support and a big thank you to the bridal party and to Jenny, Nick and Daz for driving the wedding cars.
Also thanks to Trish Beasley for the cake, Studio 3 for the girls' hair and Enhance U for the make-up, Robert and Chris of Fletchers, and Merimbula Rainforest Nursery for the flowers.

Darke-Crocker Engagement
Robyn Darke of North Bega is delighted to announce the engagement of her only daughter Angela to Graeme Crocker of Whangaparaoa Peninsula, New Zealand.
Graeme is the only son of Peter and Jewel Crocker.

Finucane-Reynolds engagement
Paul Finucane and Melinda Reynolds of Merimbula recently announced their engagement and celebrated with family and friends at the Merimbula RSL.
Paul and Melinda plan to marry later this year.
Emily Jane Leeder, a former Bega Valley Christian College student, graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Communications.

Bega Singalong
The next Singalong will be held on Wednesday, April 19, at 2pm in the Salvation Army Hall.
Sing along with Eileen McCoy, Nita Quinn, Tom Blake, Cor Brandenburg, Keith Harris, Geoff Johnston on keyboard and others.
The theme this month will be ANZAC.
There is a great program of music and songs to keep you entertained.
There will also be a quiz, afternoon tea and time for a chat to complete the afternoon of entertainment.

World Tai-Chi Day
If you have ever done Tai-Chi or if you are currently practising Tai-Chi or if you would like to find out more about it come and join us at Spencer Park, Merimbula on April 22 at 10am.
You will be able to join in whatever level you feel at ease.
The group will be doing Shibashi, Dr Lam's arthritis form, Beijing forms, Yang forms, Hun yuan, Swords and Lotus.
Bring a picnic lunch if able.

Bega Day View
Bega Day View Club will hold its next meeting at the Bega RSL Club on Thursday, April 20.
The cost will be $18 per head.
Beth Whiffen will talk about her recent holiday in New Zealand.
"Ready, Willing and Able" is the Viewpoint.
Next month it is hoped to hold a picnic in the park.
Area Gala Day will take place at Bateman's Bay Bowling Club on July 31 at a cost of $25.

Wandella Hall auction
On Saturday, May 13, Wandella is holding an auction commencing at 11am.
The proceeds will go toward the restoration of the hall.
Items to be sold on a commission of which 10 per cent will go to the hall.
The auctioneer will be Stewart Smith.

RSL barbecue
Tathra members of the RSL will hold a barbecue at the Lions Park, Mogareeka on Friday, April 21, from 11.30 am.
Everyone is welcome providing they phone Jim Perrin on 64941128 for catering purposes.
Cooked meat, coleslaw, potato salad and buttered bread will be provided for $5 per person.
Bring your own nibbles, cutlery, plate and drinks.
Live entertainment will be present.
Any profit will go to Legacy.
RSL ladies auxiliary
Twelve members were present at the Bega RSL Ladies Auxiliary April meeting.
The next meeting will be 2.00pm on May 2 at the RSL.
If you would like to join, just come along to the meeting.
$1,000 has been given to the South Coast Helicopter Service.
Members have volunteered to serve lunch and breakfast at the RSL on Anzac Day.
Anzac Day badges will be sold on Friday, April 21.
